After some reflection on this festival and this point in the wheel of the year, we invite you to relax with some poetry and a path working meditation inspired by my visit to the Newgrange passage tomb in Ireland some years ago. Journey into the earth mound to experience the darkness and stillness before the winter solstice sunrise enters the chamber as the returning light. Lastly we share an earth healing candle meditation to share the light and warmth of our yule flame with the world.
